This is inspired by the waves washing over pieces of sea glass and making them 'dance'. The painting reminds me of the many happy hours I spent as a child, and with my child, collecting sea glass and making patterns with it.
This is a multilayered artwork that has depth and intrigue from the layers of paint, gold leaf and paper.
The painting is finished with a UV varnish and framed in a 1.5 inch maple floating frame.
